Rob Perry has a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis/Management Science from L.S.U. and is a Certified Records Manager (CRM). He was the operations manager of a large records center in New Orleans for five years experiencing growth from 100,000 to 250,000 boxes. He started his own records management consulting business in 1996, Waterfall Enterprises, LLC. In 1997, Waterfall Enterprises opened a records storage facility in Covington, Louisiana. Perry has helped several records storage facilities start up in Louisiana and consulted with numerous others around the country.

Perry is the co-programmer of "The Records Center Manager", a software package for operating a records storage facility - corporate or commercial. Perry is also the co-author of a 287 page manual - "How to Start and Operate a Commercial Records Center". He also publishes the "Records Storage Newsletter", an email newsletter and is a frequent speaker at local and regional Association of Records Managers and Administrators(ARMA) meetings.

Is a Past President of the Greater New Orleans Chapter of ARMA and a member of the Institute of Certified Records Managers.
